Packing Tips

My son was flying to Australia, a trip that no one in my family had done and we weren't sure what he could expect.  Nora booked the tickets, got seats with his friends, sent out information about the airport terminals, and let us know what meals and snacks would be provided on both the hop to LAX and the much longer flight to AUS. JoAnne went beyond our expectations is arranging and helping plan our vacation. Her thoroughness in arranging every detail allowed us to enjoy a vacation free of any interruptions or problems.

Just amazing! This lady listened to all we wanted and delivered! I have over the years amassed a few friends in the down under countries and wanted to see them as well as relatives and visit much heard of tourist areas. With infinite patience, Michelle altered our agenda when we discovered that one set of friends would be away at the time we proposed to be in their area. Thankfully we needed visas for Australia and we discovered that my passport was running out under this new rule just four months after our return trip date. Quick trip to Whitby got that in order! I told Michelle the dollars we had to spend on this trip and she kept fairly close to the amount whilst getting us where we wanted to be and seeing all we wanted to see. When Michelle was contacted by a tour operator as we had not called in to verify attendance she messaged me. But I had called maybe shortly after the initial call and all was well. Just two tours didn't happen as planned. Hopeful for refunds! Well done!!!

We recently returned from a month-long trip to Australia and New Zealand. Our travels took us from the southern tip of New Zealand to northern Australia and many places in between. We saw plenty of beautiful sights and the experiences we shared were outstanding. This was made so much easier with the advice and assistance provided by Michelle Streicher. Her recommendations about where to go and what to do were perfect and contributed to a memorable holiday. The arrangements, for flights, airport transfers, hotels and guided tours all went like clockwork. We had no worries and lots of fun. Our thanks to Michelle for making the trip such a great success.

We had a fabulous 10 days on the island of Tasmania. Michelle listened to what we felt we wanted to get out of our time there and then put together a great tour of the island. She suggested activities for us and we picked what we wanted and she organized a wonderful tour of the island hitting the high spots and getting us great accommodations. We loved the Salamanca markets. I think our favourite spot was Strahan and the amazing activities available there. This is our 4th trip with Michelle and each one has exceeded our expectations. We are thinking the Perth area next time! Thank you Michelle!

Carolyn was awesome! She met with me several times, and each time she was loaded with suggestions, helpful hints, and all of the answers to my questions. I have never traveled by myself on a tour, especially not this far from home. With Carolyn's advice I felt confident that everything would be fine. And it was. She has a wonderful friendly way, making her clients feel comfortable and well informed. And she really knew her stuff about New Zealand and its weather, recommending clothing choices, one of which I forgot to bring, a jacket, which I was able to purchase on an outing. The tour had a well rounded group of people, and we got along quite well. I am so glad that Carolyn was my advisor, and I will recommend her to any friends thinking to travel and looking for great advice.

Carolyn is a very well organized , detail-oriented professional who has been giving us 1st class service, support and care for almost 15 years . She is still our choice even though we no longer live in the community. Her warm personable friendly approach makes it very easy to discuss any situation. Every trip goes according to plan and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in good travel service !
